Multimodal Clinical Inference Platform

An event-driven pipeline that replaced a manual, per-disease clinical-variable extraction process with a disease-agnostic factory: raw medical documents in, ML-ready feature matrices and a cohort-selection API for clinical trials out. Deterministic where possible, LLM only to read prose. HIPAA/PHI compliance designed in from day one.

Consumer Finance Under NDA

Config-Driven Data Platform

Replication of multiple SQL Server databases and MongoDB into an S3 data lake, exposed as a medallion architecture in Redshift. Moved analytics off production databases and gave the business row-level change auditability it never had. Heavy reporting went from minutes to milliseconds; passed client security review with zero findings.

Conversational Form-Fill Assistant

A multi-agent assistant that walks citizens through complex government benefits forms end to end — from automatic field extraction to a submission-ready PDF. Non-technical subject-matter experts edit forms and delivery policy from an admin surface, without touching code or waiting on a release.

Labor Forecasting & Capacity Planning SaaS

Replaced an Excel-and-macros workbook covering ~470 projects on a five-year horizon as the single source of truth for labor forecasting and hiring. Pulls actuals from a legacy ERP over SOAP, and answers what-if scenarios in natural language through a custom MCP server.

Document Intelligence Pipeline

End-to-end processing that extracts structured data from legal and medical documents with OCR, runs semantic analysis with LLMs, and builds knowledge graphs for cross-case analytics. Dual graph system, metadata-driven PII governance, and the whole platform defined as infrastructure code.

Serverless Warehouse & BI Layer

A serverless ETL pipeline extracting from external APIs and SQL databases into a Parquet data lake with a Glue catalog, using incremental processing and metadata tracking. On top of it, an analytics layer combining historical and real-time data into dashboards the business actually opens.
